El mexicano Rodrigo Prieto nominado al Oscar 2020 por The Irishman

La lista de los nominados al Oscar 2020 ya está aquí y, hay que decirlo, la próxima entrega de premios será justo como la esperábamos. Con el Joker, su director Todd Phillips y su protagonista Joaquin Phoenix representan al cine geek de la temporada con las nominaciones a Mejor Película, Mejor Director y Mejor Actor, respectivamente. Aunque en la categoría de mejores efectos especiales también nos encontramos con Avengers: Endgame y Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Esto, por supuesto, también significa que Joker será la primera película basada en un cómic que competirá por ser la mejor película en la 92 edición de los Premios de la Academia.

Sin embargo, la mayor  sorpresa se trata de la nominación al Oscar a Mejor Fotografía del mexicano Rodrigo Prieto, por su enorme trabajo en The Irishman.
